The client had originally planned to complete the programming and systems integration in-house, but when unexpected personnel changes left our client unable to complete the integration, Tusk Automation was there. We recognized the importance of completing the project on time and within budget, and stepped in to complete the project. By providing a turnkey solution, we ensured that the system was up and running efficiently, helping our client avoid further delays and meet their objectives.

Leveraging our experience with Rockwell's Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk environments, our instrumentation and automation team traveled to the site to assist with process startup. Our solution included remote monitoring, remote HMI access, data logging, trending, and reporting, ensuring that our client had access to real-time data and insights.

Tusk Automation continues to support the project, making updates to theprocess control narrative and adding new features to assist the plant operators in maintaining and troubleshooting the facility. Our commitment to ongoing support ensures that our client can rely on us for the long-term success of their operation.
